|FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & TESTIMONIALS
Q: Does Gladder's Gourmet Cookies sell direct to schools and institutions?
A: No. Gladder's Gourmet is a manufacturer only, and does not sell direct to the public. If you would like to contact and authorized distributor, please go HERE
Q: How do I start a fundraiser program?A: Contact the authorized fundraiser distributor in your area. If you are having trouble locating a distributor in your area, please contact us. Click HERE for a list of our distributors.
Q: How long can I keep my product outside of refrigeration?
A: Because this product is food, it will be delivered to your school or organization in a frozen state. It is recommended that once distribution has started, that the product be returned to refrigeration as quickly as possible, or within four (4) hours of removal from the freezer.
Q: Are the egg products used in your fundraiser cookies safe?
A: The egg products used in all Gladder's Gourmet products are pasteurized egg products, and have been tested and certified prior to shipment. The low moisture and high sugar content of cookie products makes them a stable and safe food product if handled within "safe food handling practices". As with any food product, mishandling or handling in an unsanitary environment can cause food borne illness.
Q: How long will my product last inside the refrigerator?
A: Gladder's Gourmet products will last up to thirteen (13) weeks in the refrigerator, as long as they remain in their original package. It is recommended that the product is handled in a sanitary environment, and sealed tightly in an approved, food storage container. You should obtain a shelf life of 13 weeks maximum. It is rare that the box of cookies will last that long!
Q: When will I receive my shipment of cookies?
A: Your fundraiser distributor will arrange with you, a place, time, and delivery date to meet the needs of your organization. Please keep the name and number of your distributor handy at all times, and coordinate with them closely to meet your delivery time frame and schedule.
Q: Do I have to pay for my order prior to shipment?
A: This will depend on the arrangements you have made with your fundraiser distributor. In general, your order will be paid for in advance of shipment unless other arrangements have been made.
Q: If there is a problem with my order, who do I contact to correct this problem?
A: You will need to contact the distributor your are working with, or the school or organization that sold you the product. Gladder's Gourmet is a manufacturer, and does not sell direct to the public. Your distributor will also handle refunds, exchanges, and shortages. Please do not contact Gladder's Gourmet for refunds, exchanges, or changes in your order.
Your distributor will take care of your problem as quickly as possible, however, if for some reason you cannot contact the distributor in your area, Gladder's Gourmet will be happy to assist you in contacting them, and helping to resolve your problem. Click HERE for a listing of our distributors.
Q: Can I cut the cookie buttons in half, or quarters, and bake them that way?
