Gladder's Gourmet production processes operate under stringent cleanliness and Quality Assurance Plan and guidelines, which includes HACCP, GMP's, residual protein testing, 3rd Party microbiological audits, 3rd party Quality Assurance audits, and daily Internal Audits. Our Internal Audit system enforces operations compliance with our QA Plan, HACCP, OSHA, QC, and Sanitation protocols.
Microbiological Testing is completed quarterly, which includes Listeria monitoring, COA Verification, and Ingredient analysis through an independant 3rd Party Contractor. Gladder's also facilitates finished product microbilogical analysis on a quarterly basis. COA certificates are required on a "per shipment" basis.
