Gladder's Gourmet production processes operate under stringent
cleanliness and Quality Assurance guidelines, HACCP, GMP's, residual
protein testing, 3rd Party microbiological audits, and 3rd party
Quality Assurance audits. We operate under an Internal Audit system
that enforces our HACCP, OSHA, QA, and Sanitation protocols. Our
new and improved Quality Plan, and Organic System Plan for 2007
are helping us to make 2007 the best year ever!
Microbiological Testing is completed quarterly, along with our
Listeria monitoring program through an independant 3rd Party
Contractor. Gladder's also facilitates finished product micro analysis
and COA verification on a quarterly basis. Our COA certificates are
required on a per shipment basis.
We are a member of iCix, International, (International Compliance Information and Exchange) and post our compliance documents there for client review.
Gladder's Gourmet is now certified to the standard of the American Institute of Baking (A.I.B.)
through a 3rd party independant contractor, and we continue to strive
to continually improve our programs, our products, and our services.
